Billy Kirk began writing for online publications beginning in August 2004. Since that point he has served as news director and editor of several websites, acted as copy editor and creative consultant for a creative group based out of Knightdale, NC, and attended a government-sponsored Digital Media Summit in Toronto. To date, he has written over 2000 articles.
Kirk graduated in 2008 and holds a BA in Media Production from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In February of that year he hatched the idea for UFL Access and co-launched the site with former News Director Nation Hahn. He will also serve as editor of NASL Access.
In his spare time, Kirk enjoys thinking about finishing his half-written comedy screenplay – an irreverent and dubious examination of interpersonal relations – and frequenting local bars. He also enjoys making people wonder what he really does for a living. Kirk resides in Chapel Hill, NC.
