UFL Access member and agent at Kaufmann Sports Management Group of Chicago, Scott Rochelle, has confirmed this hour to UFLA that Prince Kwateng, linebacker with the United Football League’s California Redwoods, has accepted a contract with the New Orleans Saints of the National Football League.(Image, left, courtesy of the UFL.)

Prince was asked to board a plane to New Orleans immediately yesterday evening so that he may take his physical. While it was more or less a “done deal”, Kwateng didn’t sign the dotted line until late this morning. He will now be placed on the Saints’ practice squad.

Congratulations to Prince Kwateng and the rest of the bevy of UFL talent finding its way into the NFL.
